Sirius Dog's Jeronimo Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Gervasio Chano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elton John. Gervasio Chano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Cheeky Nuts United booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Lapurdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Elton John had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervasio Chano. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Elton John, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Sirius Dog booed when Cheeky Nuts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon-Erik Vedøy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Chano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Sirius Dog's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 44th minute, Fabian Lundberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeronimo Millan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Chano made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sirius Dog's Gervasio Chano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elton John narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute of the match, Birger Øvstebø got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeronimo Millan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sirius Dog's Jimeno Berriotxoa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bjarne Holt, made in the 75th minute of the game. Gervasio Chano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elton John read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Sirius Dog's Gervasio Chano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elton John made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 85 minutes Cheeky Nuts United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gervasio Chano who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Terje Sundberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cheeky Nuts United's Elton John did a great save. Elton John showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Chano in the 93rd minute of the match. Jeronimo Millan made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Jon-Erik Vedøy sent off a good shot on target. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Sirius Dog were victorious despite being under pressure from Cheeky Nuts United for much of the match.
