In the 46th minute Frans Geurtsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Loren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kılıç Uğural made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when João Carlos Porto sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, Raúl Noriega ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kılıç Uğural was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Carlos Porto in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kılıç Uğural saved Öz Bern SK from getting behind. Kılıç Uğural showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Barrionuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Volvio Moreno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Presebal in the 62nd minute. After taking down the ball on Volvio Moreno's corner João Carlos Porto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kılıç Uğural quite easily take care of the ball. In the 67th minute, Raúl Noriega made a precise shot to the right of Kılıç Uğural. Öz Bern SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Manuel Loren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şahin Zeyyat in the 71st minute. Şahin Zeyyat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Manuel Loren made a huge save. Kılıç Uğural took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kılıç Uğural made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Volvio Moreno fully deserved thier win.
