Isak Jacobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredric Melander, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 22nd minute Leandro Heidemann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Sefastsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Leandro Heidemann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leandro Heidemann might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pål Sefastsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Heidemann to make the kick off. In the 66th minute of the match, Mariusz Snow tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Isak Jacobsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klas Bergqvist in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isak Jacobsson saved Digital Monsterz FC from getting behind. Isak Jacobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Tevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, National Team Cape-Verde's Carlos Alberto Tevez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Digital Monsterz FC's Anıl Özkut was substituted for Leandro Heidemann. A sloppy throw-in by Amador Gabino in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by National Team Cape-Verde's Johannes Stenqvist. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing National Team Cape-Verde would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
