Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Verhasselt in the 32nd minute of play. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavies Muñagorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Bielatowicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luc Van Hinnendael. Wieslaw Bielatowicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Wieslaw Bielatowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zdzislaw Fujara made a kick off. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek was a little too slow when Xavies Muñagorri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 1-2. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ken Brogren in the 55th minute. In the 57th match minute, Rembertów DJs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Fujara to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Rembertów DJs's goalkeeper Wladyslaw Rzeszutek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavies Muñagorri. Ken Brogren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a huge save. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xavies Muñagorri's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, FC Bruges's Xavies Muñagorri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 68th minute Carl Van Kamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wladyslaw Rzeszutek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zdzislaw Fujara kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Luc Van Hinnendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Fujara in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zdzislaw Fujara in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luc Van Hinnendael saved FC Bruges from getting behind. Shane Corrigan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mac Mon, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Xavies Muñagorri sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, FC Bruges's Wladyslaw Rzeszutek threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mac Mon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 87 minutes into the game, Xavies Muñagorri lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Wladyslaw Rzeszutek. With a little luck, Rembertów DJs's Wladyslaw Rzeszutek got control of the ball when Xavies Muñagorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luc Van Hinnendael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zdzislaw Fujara's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Fujara in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Wieslaw Bielatowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luc Van Hinnendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Bruges played a much better game than Rembertów DJs and deserved their victory. The Rembertów DJs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
