Durval Tinoco's late challenge caught a Rohozec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Durval Tinoco helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Montesclarense E.C. got a freekick which was hit by Durval Tinoco. Marcos Eger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Velecký read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Montesclarense E.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! Montesclarense E.C.:s Edgard de Almeida showed great skill when he stopped Campos Ramiro:s penalty. Rohozec's David Velecký proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Rohozec from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Rohozec's Vítězslav Kršek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgard de Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edgard de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Campos Ramiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Campos Ramiro in the 47th minute of play forced Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Edgard de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 minutes, Campos Ramiro made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Montesclarense E.C.'s Edgard de Almeida tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Marcos Eger hit a great ball. Rohozec were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Montesclarense E.C.'s much stronger midfield.
