The audience thought a goal was coming when Mete Gol got free with Alex Wållander in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute, Jon Kaxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Samyang Ramen's Alex Wållander got control of the ball when Mete Gol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mete Gol hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Madison's Ernesto Emmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Ravanelli in the 17th minute of play. Alex Wållander made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mete Gol sent off a good shot on target. Madison's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leo Lesardo in the 24th minute. Madison's Leo Lesardo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alex Wållander in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 29th minute, Gabriel Hedling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Wållander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ás Ronaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Hans-Jürgen Nudelman notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Madison's Ernesto Emmanuel. Ernesto Emmanuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 37 minutes into the match, Samyang Ramen's goalkeeper Alex Wållander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Naldo. Ás Ronaldo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alex Wållander came out and tried to block the shot, but Ás Ronaldo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 41st minute. Christopher Bogren lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Christopher Bogren kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Naldo to make the kick off. Alex Wållander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mete Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Alex Wållander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mete Gol's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Samyang Ramen's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Ladva came free, but Alex Wållander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gol in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Samyang Ramen's goal looked a bit too open when Ás Ronaldo came free, but Alex Wållander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 played minutes Madison got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Alexe. Hans-Jürgen Nudelman struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ernesto Emmanuel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samyang Ramen. Alex Wållander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Naldo in the 89th minute of the match.
