Gwidon Lerych got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Wojciech Merski. The supporters of FC Płoszyce booed when Maritek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Palumbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Felice Tacco notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Płoszyce's Pawel Hodyl. Pawel Hodyl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Pawel Hodyl managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Maritek FC's Ferruccio Zarillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the FC Płoszyce defense, Ferruccio Zarillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pawel Hodyl. The FC Płoszyce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pawel Hodyl should have stopped the shot. If Felice Tacco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dobromir Furlit kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ettore Santo scored 3-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pawel Hodyl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olaf Sliwinski in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hélio O'Connell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 34 minutes Maritek FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teobald Pawelczyk who took care of the corner kick. Gwidon Lerych charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwidon Lerych the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, FC Płoszyce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwidon Lerych to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ferruccio Zarillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pawel Hodyl was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olaf Sliwinski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Ferruccio Zarillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Płoszyce's Pawel Hodyl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute Ettore Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Hodyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Santo in the 54th minute of play forced FC Płoszyce's goalkeeper Pawel Hodyl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pawel Hodyl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pawel Hodyl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Zarillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Pawel Hodyl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferruccio Zarillo's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Ferruccio Zarillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 70 played minutes FC Płoszyce got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Praski. Maritek FC's Tomás Moita was substituted for Ferruccio Zarillo. After 71 played minutes FC Płoszyce got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Praski. Pawel Hodyl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrea Mariani made a great header on Maritek FC's corner, it was just that FC Płoszyce's Pawel Hodyl managed to reach the ball for a save. Pawel Hodyl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Maritek FC's Alfredo Toschi was substituted for Ettore Santo. In the 92nd minute, Dobromir Furlit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes of play, Maritek FC's Tomás Moita made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pawel Hodyl was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Pawelczyk in the 96th minute of play forced Maritek FC's goalkeeper Hélio O'Connell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Maritek FC had played much better football throughout.
