The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Froněk came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Bykowski kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Brzakala in the 19th minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugon Brzakala came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugon Brzakala got free with Carroll Hathaway in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Elói Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Peter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Peter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Hugon Brzakala slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carroll Hathaway. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugon Brzakala in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carroll Hathaway prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugon Brzakala.

Sipo EC's Elói Ferreira got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Dong Yuan Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dong Yuan Feng blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carroll Hathaway having to make a save. Carroll Hathaway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dong Yuan Feng in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Sipo EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Mohamed to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Dong Yuan Feng notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway. Carroll Hathaway was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carroll Hathaway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dong Yuan Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Dong Yuan Feng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carroll Hathaway having to interfere. Dong Yuan Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Gocław Wilga Warszawa getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Maciej Matela hit a great ball. Carroll Hathaway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dong Yuan Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Dong Yuan Feng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gocław Wilga Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, Sipo EC's Carlos Alberto Passos got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th match minute, Sipo EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Alberto Passos to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sipo EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gocław Wilga Warszawa.
