Carmo De Kiev's Navarro Montoya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Ivarsson came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carroll Hathaway made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Aílton Cearense sent off a good shot on target. Thiago Junior could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Carroll Hathaway made a huge save. With an all-out effort, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Carroll Hathaway threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lars Ivarsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Navarro Montoya was a little too slow when Noel Velloso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-3. F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Velloso in the 80th minute of play. Navarro Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Gerber in the 84th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elói Ferreira got free with Navarro Montoya in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Navarro Montoya got control of the ball when Elói Ferreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sipo EC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
