Sivart Djursgård kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Arturo Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Oper, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Dale Cummings blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gunvald Glarkrog having to make a save. Gunvald Glarkrog made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Dale Cummings sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sivart Djursgård to maneuver through the defense. After 37 minutes Friggle FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Davide Ubriaco who took care of the corner kick. Dale Cummings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gunvald Glarkrog made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Cummings in the 39th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Strib Galacticos IF's zone, Dale Cummings stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunvald Glarkrog came out of the goal and Dale Cummings tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Oper stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gunvald Glarkrog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Cummings in the 51st minute of play. Dale Cummings struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Gunvald Glarkrog didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Friggle FC. Gunvald Glarkrog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Cummings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dale Cummings took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gunvald Glarkrog. Gunvald Glarkrog dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Dale Cummings recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Friggle FC's Robert Voltri was substituted for Dale Cummings. Friggle FC's German Nieto was substituted for Matthijs Waidijk. If Robert Voltri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute.
