Rex Jackson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tyrone Summerfield. Muñeco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Angel Phelipe got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Piotr Furgal. If Dale Cummings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, Muñeco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dale Cummings came free, but Tyrone Summerfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Muñeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Inautzi. After a defensive mix-up in Muñeco FC's zone, Rex Jackson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tyrone Summerfield came out of the goal and Rex Jackson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Perico in the 29th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Víctor Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Caitano made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Remigio Palban however managed to control. In the 38th minute Dale Cummings shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone Summerfield saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Víctor Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Friggle FC's Andrea Cameli quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Angel Phelipe, made in the 46th minute of the game. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dale Cummings to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Víctor Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tyrone Summerfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Cummings, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Friggle FC made a substitution. German Nieto replaced Matthijs Waidijk. Friggle FC's Urban Ekström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Remigio Palban in the 65 minute of the game. Tyrone Summerfield made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Robert Voltri sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Muñeco FC's goalkeeper Tyrone Summerfield had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Voltri. Tobias Patxi scored 1-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arturo Boruc, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 74 in the game by Robert Voltri from a close distance when the talented Tyrone Summerfield managed to make a qualified save. Muñeco FC's players were relieved. Robert Voltri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robert Voltri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Tyrone Summerfield made a huge save. Angel Phelipe's late challenge caught a Friggle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Phelipe helped the player get up and apologised. Angel Phelipe hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Voltri got free with Tyrone Summerfield in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute Friggle FC were awarded a corner. Rex Jackson went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Víctor Franco during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robert Voltri hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
