After 13 minutes, Andres Oper made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gunvald Glarkrog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Cummings in the 17th minute of play. Dale Cummings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Friggle FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ronaldo Cristian hit a great ball. Friggle FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Strib Galacticos IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rex Jackson took the corner. Friggle FC's Rex Jackson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gunvald Glarkrog in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Friggle FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ronaldo Cristian hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Davide Ubriaco threw the ball into play from the sideline. Friggle FC's Urban Ekström quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Bo Mcquoid fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strib Galacticos IF's protests and gave Bo Mcquoid a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Mcquoid to maneuver through the defense. Gunvald Glarkrog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Cummings in the 35th minute of play. A hard shot 36 in the game by Andres Oper from a close distance when the talented Arturo Boruc managed to make a qualified save. Friggle FC's players were relieved. Arturo Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhao Xiong Han, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Zhao Xiong Han kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arturo Boruc. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. Amedeo Verdecchia hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Zhao Xiong Han had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldo Cristian kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Bo Mcquoid hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 51 played minutes Friggle FC got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Verdecchia. Donald Hazell kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Friggle FC made a substitution. German Nieto replaced Matthijs Waidijk. Robert Voltri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Xiong Han in the 71st minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Zhao Xiong Han left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Strib Galacticos IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Strib Galacticos IF's Reinhard Duse was substituted for Davide Ubriaco. Hagbard Ribov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hagbard Ribov in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhao Xiong Han in the 85th minute of play forced Friggle FC's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Zhao Xiong Han put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arturo Boruc. 89 minutes into the game, Reinhard Duse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strib Galacticos IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Friggle FC the free kick. In the 89th minute, Reinhard Duse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st play minute Robert Voltri came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gunvald Glarkrog. 4-1. Gunvald Glarkrog made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Voltri in the 93rd minute. After 95 minutes Strib Galacticos IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rex Jackson who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Rex Jackson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Strib Galacticos IF's Gunvald Glarkrog did a great save. Friggle FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Strib Galacticos IF had won, even though Friggle FC had held more of the ball.
