Abel Bueno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Abel Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ole-Gunnar Giroud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soli Deo Gloria's Brian Johnson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilgaz Şirvan in the 13th minute of play. Brian Johnson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ilgaz Şirvan's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Miki Jungslund got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brian Johnson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 22ndth minute of the game Korneliusz Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Abel Bueno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brian Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilgaz Şirvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Caio da Rocha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Brian Johnson made a huge save. Brian Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miki Jungslund in the 30th minute of the match. Soli Deo Gloria's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Ilgaz Şirvan scored to the left of an out of position Brian Johnson, making the score, 1-1. Brian Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miki Jungslund, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilgaz Şirvan in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brian Johnson saved Soli Deo Gloria from getting behind. A collision led to Soli Deo Gloria getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Kam Beckham hit a great ball. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Daron Keen was substituted for Wilber Leon. After a rather tough play, Soli Deo Gloria's Kam Beckham got a free kick in the 38th minute. Miki Jungslund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brian Johnson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Brian Johnson was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Caio da Rocha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Caio da Rocha really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Soli Deo Gloria's Brian Johnson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Soli Deo Gloria from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Caio da Rocha made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Caio da Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soli Deo Gloria's Brian Johnson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Caio da Rocha sped through Soli Deo Gloria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Brian Johnson. Brian Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Ilgaz Şirvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Bueno was a little too slow when Ole-Gunnar Giroud got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 3-2. Brian Johnson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caio da Rocha's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Soli Deo Gloria's goal looked a bit too open when Caio da Rocha came free, but Brian Johnson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Soli Deo Gloria defense, Caio da Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brian Johnson. The Soli Deo Gloria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brian Johnson should have stopped the shot. Soli Deo Gloria's Jeremias Abajas was substituted for Guaberto Lobo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilgaz Şirvan in the 76th minute of play forced Soli Deo Gloria's goalkeeper Brian Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miki Jungslund in the 77th minute. Miki Jungslund made a great header on Qikiqtarjuaq FC's corner, it was just that Soli Deo Gloria's Brian Johnson managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio da Rocha in the 81st minute of play forced Soli Deo Gloria's goalkeeper Brian Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miki Jungslund kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Miki Jungslund hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio da Rocha in the 91st minute of play forced Soli Deo Gloria's goalkeeper Brian Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Soli Deo Gloria's goalkeeper Brian Johnson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brian Johnson came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Caio da Rocha. But to his dismay, Caio da Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Soli Deo Gloria's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
