After a defensive mix-up in BRASIL.Sp's zone, Freddy Escudié stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Guilherme Marques came out of the goal and Freddy Escudié tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, SILMONT's Qiu Zhi got control of the ball when Eusébio Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. BRASIL.Sp's Fagondo Vasquez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Qiu Zhi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thomas Albaret struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Luís Guilherme Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SILMONT. Almir Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Qiu Zhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Guimarães came free, but Luís Guilherme Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Guilherme Marques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Albaret's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Titouan Canal took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Guilherme Marques. Luís Guilherme Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 42nd minute, Titouan Canal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Guilherme Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 47 minutes into the game, Freddy Escudié was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SILMONT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BRASIL.Sp the free kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martial Haas to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Titouan Canal could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Luís Guilherme Marques however easily saved by the left post. Titouan Canal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Marques having to interfere. Thomas Albaret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luís Guilherme Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 58 in the game by Martial Haas from a close distance when the talented Luís Guilherme Marques managed to make a qualified save. BRASIL.Sp's players were relieved. SILMONT were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after BRASIL.Sp's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thomas Albaret took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titouan Canal in the 80th minute of play forced BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Javier Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Guilherme Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SILMONT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martial Haas in the 87th minute. Martial Haas made a great header on SILMONT's corner, it was just that BRASIL.Sp's Luís Guilherme Marques managed to reach the ball for a save. Luís Guilherme Marques was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The BRASIL.Sp fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SILMONT were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
