After a rather tough play, BRASIL.Sp's Laerte de Lima got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Martial Haas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SILMONT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martial Haas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Qiu Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fagondo Vasquez in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Fagondo Vasquez came free, but Qiu Zhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Jean-Yves Bayle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Guilherme Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Fagondo Vasquez came free, but Qiu Zhi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Albaret was the one to do the kick off. Luís Guilherme Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titouan Canal in the 52nd minute of play. Jean-Yves Bayle charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean-Yves Bayle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Damazy Ruszczyk came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the SILMONT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damazy Ruszczyk couldn't finish the play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luís Guilherme Marques showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luís Guilherme Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Bordat, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. SILMONT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martial Haas in the 82nd minute. Ryan Monvoisin made a great header on SILMONT's corner, it was just that BRASIL.Sp's Luís Guilherme Marques managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 97th minute of the match SILMONT got a corner. BRASIL.Sp's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martial Haas ran over to the corner to take the kick. There was no doubt that SILMONT were the better team. SILMONT's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
