Borys Witek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdi Saksø, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 31 minutes, William Cavalcante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zemantauskas FC and the Brufoss IL players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by William Cavalcante. If Christer Ribe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Emanuel Markham cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carlos Augusto Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rdth minute of the game Kai Østbye who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Kai Østbye notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio. Carlos Augusto Arósio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Brufoss IL were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Emanuel Markham in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carlos Augusto Arósio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eugênio Lima hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Arósio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Zemantauskas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
