The referee ignored Nils Liedholm IF's protests and gave Edvin Bergkvist a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Kenglo booed when Nils Liedholm IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvin Bergkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Carlos Sainz made a precise shot to the right of Ove Hake. Nils Liedholm IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Einar Borre kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Carlos Sainz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Ove Hake skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Birger Kleen fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nils Liedholm IF's protests and gave Birger Kleen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th play minute Carlos Sainz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ove Hake. 3-0. Ove Hake was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bengt-Rune Palm showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Bengt-Rune Palm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ove Hake was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the match, Carlos Sainz notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake. Ove Hake was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 47 played minutes Nils Liedholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Norström.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jörgen Bjurström to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Kalle Norström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nils Liedholm IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalle Norström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Georg Klintæus made a precise shot to the right of Ove Hake. Nils Liedholm IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After 59 played minutes Nils Liedholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Bergkvist. FC Kenglo's Carlos Sainz got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Lindmark in the 68th minute of play forced Nils Liedholm IF's goalkeeper Ove Hake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Bengt-Rune Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Hake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Kenglo fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when FC Kenglo's Ulrik Lindmark looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kalle Norström's late challenge caught a FC Kenglo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalle Norström helped the player get up and apologised. Kalle Norström kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 87 played minutes FC Kenglo got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Palm. After 92 minutes, Jörgen Bjurström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nils Liedholm IF and the FC Kenglo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Nils Liedholm IF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jörgen Bjurström hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Carlos Sainz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kenglo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0.
