Araucampeón Retirado's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Félix Reyes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Félix Reyes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Araucampeón Retirado's Emiliano Manfredi did a great save. In the 27th match minute, TEAM HONDURAS ROATAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Toledano to maneuver through the defense. Araucampeón Retirado's Halil Okaner got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Araucampeón Retirado's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
