Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudinho Fernandes started the match with the kick off. Víktor Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horia Tătaru in the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Víktor Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Horia Tătaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Víktor Freire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horia Tătaru ran back to his position shaking his head. If Horia Tătaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Víktor Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horia Tătaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Sérgio Braga got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Tătaru in the 19th minute of play forced Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Víktor Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Preator Edikt were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Ibirama Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Gustavo Barbosa took the corner. Víktor Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horia Tătaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Víktor Freire came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Preator Edikt's Horia Tătaru. But to his dismay, Horia Tătaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. During the 36th minute of the match Dênis Coutinho completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dênis Coutinho a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 37th minute, Dênis Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcinho Barros's late challenge caught a Preator Edikt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcinho Barros helped the player get up and apologised. Marcinho Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Preator Edikt made a substitution. Stig-Ove Blomqvist replaced Horia Tătaru. Marcinho Barros hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Stig-Ove Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hugo Correia hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute Stig-Ove Blomqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Víktor Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig-Ove Blomqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's Stig-Ove Blomqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Víktor Freire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stig-Ove Blomqvist hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Preator Edikt's Albert Örnberg was substituted for Fellipe Vianna. Víktor Freire made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig-Ove Blomqvist in the 65th minute. Víktor Freire was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stig-Ove Blomqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 67 minute of play. If Stig-Ove Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Ove Blomqvist got free with Víktor Freire in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stig-Ove Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Víktor Freire proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Ibirama Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Stig-Ove Blomqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Víktor Freire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Preator Edikt's zone, Agostinho Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Pihlberg came out of the goal and Agostinho Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Pihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Fernandes in the 85th minute of play. After 86 minutes, Stig-Ove Blomqvist made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Víktor Freire tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's Stig-Ove Blomqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Víktor Freire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Claudinho Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Pihlberg was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Fernandes in the 94th minute of play. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Ibirama Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig-Ove Blomqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Víktor Freire. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Ove Blomqvist ran back to his position shaking his head.
