In the 19th minute of the match, Sabin Tatomir tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olivier Dubs saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 40th match minute, BEST FABIO F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Gulak to maneuver through the defense. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toninho Cosme was the one to do the kick off. BEST FABIO F.C.'s Olivier Dubs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Trişcu in the 75th minute of play. Dan Scutaru's late challenge caught a BEST FABIO F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Scutaru helped the player get up and apologised.
