The audience thought a goal was coming when Miroslav Šípka got free with Ted Stroobos in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Pepito Santandres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, Burning Angels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslav Šípka to maneuver through the defense. Albertus FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Miroslav Šípka scored to the left of an out of position Ted Stroobos, making the score, 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, Albertus FC's goalkeeper Ted Stroobos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miroslav Šípka. The audience was convinced that Pepito Santandres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ted Stroobos was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. With his leg Ted Stroobos managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Burning Angels's Miroslav Šípka fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Pepito Santandres kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ted Stroobos. That made the score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. Miroslav Šípka did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Ted Stroobos 38 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Burning Angels's Ted Stroobos threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Lapač, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ed 冯义兴 hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Warman de Jager stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christijan van Asseldonk's late challenge caught a Burning Angels's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. With his leg František Huba managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Albertus FC's Warman de Jager fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 67 minutes into the match, Burning Angels's Miroslav Šípka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ted Stroobos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold Hemmen in the 68th minute of play forced Burning Angels's goalkeeper František Huba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ed 冯义兴 charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ed 冯义兴 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes Albertus FC got a freekick which was hit by Ed 冯义兴. Warman de Jager came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and František Huba could save by the left post. In the 82nd match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnold Hemmen to maneuver through the defense. During the 84th minute of the match Jan Knops completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jan Knops a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th match minute, Albertus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Knops to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Burning Angels fully deserved thier win.
