In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aris Salonicco FC's goalkeeper Biagio Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, La Bichineta's Godfried Teunens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Biagio Polo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Silvestre Peli made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Bernardo De Sisti sent off a good shot on target. Biagio Polo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th match minute, Aris Salonicco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Luciano to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Bernardo De Sisti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
