The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascal Van der Willeghem got free with Béla Bíró in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, LeRoeulx's Béla Bíró threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jabbar De Roeulx, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Claude Persoons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurél Varsányi went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of PMFC 2018 booed when LeRoeulx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascal Van der Willeghem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claude Persoons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Buğra Talaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Claude Persoons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Buğra Talaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Kenneth De Raeijmaeker hit a great ball. The PMFC 2018 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Béla Bíró made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brian Van Eynde in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Paál in the 35th minute of play forced LeRoeulx's goalkeeper Claude Persoons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes PMFC 2018 got a freekick which was hit by Bánk Mónos. After 57 minutes of play, PMFC 2018's Bánk Mónos made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claude Persoons was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute, Bánk Mónos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Claude Persoons. The goal made the score 0-7. Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlus short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Claude Persoons to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 70 in the game by Ahmet Nasir Başayoğlu from a close distance when the talented Claude Persoons managed to make a qualified save. LeRoeulx's players were relieved. LeRoeulx's Claude Persoons proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save LeRoeulx from getting a goal against them. Tibor Paál's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Claude Persoons firmly grabbed it by the left post. LeRoeulx's Claude Persoons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andor Földes in the 82nd minute of play. When Elias Verdonk fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LeRoeulx's protests and gave Elias Verdonk a yellow card for diving instead. PMFC 2018's Béla Bíró played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jabbar De Roeulx in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sándor Havass got free with Claude Persoons in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Brent Van Gele fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LeRoeulx's protests and gave Brent Van Gele a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to LeRoeulx getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Brent Van Gele hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes, PMFC 2018's László Pál-Szabó shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claude Persoons came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PMFC 2018 reached it. The PMFC 2018 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
