Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carl Burley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Carl Burley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noel Marinho went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Carl Burley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Ribas in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 minutes, Luís Ribas made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Quinnys Disco Pants's Carl Burley tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Carl Burley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Ribas in the 18th minute of play. Carl Burley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Ribas in the 19th minute of the match. SLB TELHA were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Quinnys Disco Pants's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolfo Caires took the corner. SLB TELHA's Adolfo Caires was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carl Burley in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Luís Ribas came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the SLB TELHA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Ribas couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Carl Burley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Quinnys Disco Pants's Carl Burley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Ribas in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute SLB TELHA were awarded a corner. Adolfo Caires went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led SLB TELHA's Adolfo Caires to fire away a dangerous shot which Carl Burley despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Liboslav Krušina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Carl Burley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carl Burley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SLB TELHA were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Quinnys Disco Pants's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolfo Caires took the corner. The corner led SLB TELHA's Adolfo Caires to fire away a dangerous shot which Carl Burley despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After the first half SLB TELHA were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

50 minutes into the game, Kevin Ackland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quinnys Disco Pants's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SLB TELHA the free kick. Carl Burley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Ribas in the 54th minute of play. Noel Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Burley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Noel Marinho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carl Burley, 0-4. A collision led to Quinnys Disco Pants getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Usman Arshinnikov hit a great ball. SLB TELHA's Adolfo Caires got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Luizão de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SLB TELHA's Bianco Pietropaolo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Yan Ang, made in the 68th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the match, Noel Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Burley. Quinnys Disco Pants's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noel Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Ribas in the 77th minute of play forced Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Carl Burley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Burley was a little too slow when Noel Marinho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-6. Luizão de Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Álvaro Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Burley didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SLB TELHA's Luís Ribas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-7 in the ordered_time% minute. Luís Ribas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Carl Burley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Noel Marinho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carl Burley. Noel Marinho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. When the final whistle sounded SLB TELHA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Quinnys Disco Pants.
