An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 13th minute of play forced Valencia C.F.'s goalkeeper Jerry Lodge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Lucila kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Joe Herring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Cestarolli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jefferson de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Jerry Lodge made a huge save. Adam Harding kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Ryan Cestarolli hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Cestarolli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joe Herring's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes Valencia C.F. got a freekick which was hit by José Luis Gayà. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Abdelbassir Cestarolli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jerry Lodge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Abdelbassir Cestarolli came free, but Jerry Lodge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuan Wei Han got free with Reynaldo Cestarolli in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abdelbassir Cestarolli struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Jerry Lodge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cestarolli FC. In the 70th match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Claydon to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Valencia C.F.'s goalkeeper Jerry Lodge, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jerry Lodge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Jerry Lodge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli in the 88th minute of play.
