Matthias Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauras Normantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 89 played minutes FC Alytus United got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Antunes. Matthias Brandin made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Saulius Inzaghi sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Alytus United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
