Merceron United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Merceron United's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Bielejewski came free, but Daniele Bucciarelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Outlaws FC's goalkeeper Vefa Doğay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 83 minutes into the game, one of Merceron United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Outlaws FC's Rodoljub Perović was substituted for Trifko Kuprešanin. Marko Glogovac received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Daniele Bucciarelli came out and tried to block the shot, but Marko Glogovac slotted it home off the left post making it 4-4 in the 91st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piotr Bielejewski in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniele Bucciarelli saved Merceron United from getting behind. Outlaws FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
