In the 18th match minute, Merceron United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Donadoni to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute of the match Olof Wiberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniele Bucciarelli skillfully saved the ball. Simon Manex was a little too slow when Dinei Fernandez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 24th minute Edoardo Pascucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Manex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Kukova United defense, Edoardo Pascucci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Manex. The Kukova United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Manex should have stopped the shot. If Daniel Ftáčnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacek Gotfryd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniele Bucciarelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacek Gotfryd in the 33rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kukova United defense, Dinei Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Manex. The Kukova United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Manex should have stopped the shot. Dinei Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Manex. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinei Fernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute Edoardo Pascucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Manex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Bucciarelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacek Gotfryd in the 40th minute of play. With his leg Simon Manex managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Merceron United's Dinei Fernandez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dave Giacomozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olof Wiberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Anthony Catapano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, Erik Malý ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniele Bucciarelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 55 minutes into the match, Kukova United's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Pascucci came free, but Simon Manex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinei Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinei Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Simon Manex tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinei Fernandez in the 64th minute of play forced Kukova United's goalkeeper Simon Manex to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinei Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Manex having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Merceron United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Bottaro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Dinei Fernandez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Manex was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 72ndth minute of the game Dinei Fernandez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kukova United's Simon Manex was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Jacek Gotfryd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kukova United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacek Gotfryd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniele Bucciarelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Merceron United's goalkeeper Daniele Bucciarelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniele Bucciarelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Ftáčnik in the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, Merceron United's Daniele Bucciarelli got control of the ball when Erik Malý tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Merceron United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Waselenczuk to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kukova United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Merceron United.
