In the 9th minute of the match MACCARESE GIA.DA. got a corner. Kosynierzy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dennis De Gregorio ran over to the corner to take the kick. MACCARESE GIA.DA.'s Dennis De Gregorio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zachariasz Osikowicz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Kosynierzy FC booed when MACCARESE GIA.DA. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Nässén didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MACCARESE GIA.DA.'s zone, Ulryk Jucha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attilio Ferri came out of the goal and Ulryk Jucha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zachariasz Osikowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasmus Nässén in the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ulryk Jucha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kosynierzy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulryk Jucha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Attilio Ferri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 31 played minutes Kosynierzy FC got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Nowak. Ulryk Jucha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Attilio Ferri having to make a save. MACCARESE GIA.DA.'s Attilio Ferri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Majorski in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Kosynierzy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avgust Garov to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Rasmus Nässén fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zachariasz Osikowicz, passed just outside the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Baggio to strike the kick off in the second half. Kosynierzy FC's Mariusz Majorski got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rasmus Nässén struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Zachariasz Osikowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MACCARESE GIA.DA.. After a rather tough play, MACCARESE GIA.DA.'s Alfonso Del Monte got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind MACCARESE GIA.DA.'s goalkeeper Attilio Ferri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Bruno Baggio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Osikowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachariasz Osikowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Nässén, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to MACCARESE GIA.DA. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Dino Martano hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the match, Rasmus Nässén had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zachariasz Osikowicz. Kosynierzy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rasmus Nässén was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Amerigo Talone made in the 88th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alfonso Del Monte however managed to control. Mariusz Majorski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Attilio Ferri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kosynierzy FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
