Amílton Marinho hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the 卡納里尼奧 FC defense, Géza Tímár kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Vítor Guimarães. The 卡納里尼奧 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Vítor Guimarães should have stopped the shot. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Géza Tímár in the 28th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseu Alagoano to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Géza Tímár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Vítor Guimarães was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Vítor Guimarães showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
