In the 9th minute Aurelian Groza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Seftelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Glyka Nera FC's Fotis Seftelis got control of the ball when Lucas Aubameyang tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match, Aurelian Groza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fotis Seftelis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles De Ketelaere got free with Fotis Seftelis in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd match minute, Glyka Nera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fivos Touboulis to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Borneo Legacy booed when Glyka Nera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacharias Kaligas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Lucas Aubameyang dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fotis Seftelis, 1-0. Fotis Seftelis made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Charles De Ketelaere sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute Remington Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Seftelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glyka Nera FC's Fotis Seftelis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Glyka Nera FC from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Remington Alves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fotis Seftelis. Glyka Nera FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remington Alves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 42nd minute Remington Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Seftelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match Glyka Nera FC got a corner. Borneo Legacy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manolis Petrochilos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Aubameyang to make the kick off. With a little luck, Borneo Legacy's Takis Oikonomopoulos got control of the ball when Ellis Peterson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Charles De Ketelaere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Takis Oikonomopoulos made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Amar Živanović sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Glyka Nera FC defense, Remington Alves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fotis Seftelis. The Glyka Nera FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fotis Seftelis should have stopped the shot. Takis Oikonomopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ellis Peterson in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Glyka Nera FC's Manolis Petrochilos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Manolis Petrochilos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Glyka Nera FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Manolis Petrochilos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Fotis Seftelis had in the 71stth minute some difficulties stopping Lucas Aubameyang's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 71 minutes of play, Borneo Legacy's Lucas Aubameyang made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fotis Seftelis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Charles De Ketelaere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fotis Seftelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Aubameyang, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Takis Oikonomopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Telis Kommatias, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Amar Živanović scored 4-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Takis Oikonomopoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Borneo Legacy were the better team. Borneo Legacy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
