Mauricio Astudillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Erasmo Mannuel made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Egun in the 5th minute of play forced Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Mannuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Astudillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Abdika Philip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Reyes No kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erasmo Mannuel. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. The supporters of Salud y República booed when TalleresUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Goi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Jesus Egun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Carlos Suciu was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Juan Carlos Suciu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erasmo Mannuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Astudillo in the 32nd minute of the match. Juan Carlos Suciu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Jesus Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesus Casado made a kick off. When TalleresUnited's Jesus Casado in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. TalleresUnited's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jesus Casado in the 61st minute. The corner led TalleresUnited's Jesus Casado to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Carlos Suciu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Jaume in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Carlos Suciu saved Salud y República from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Casado got free with Juan Carlos Suciu in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the game, Abdika Philip was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salud y República's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TalleresUnited the free kick. Abdika Philip kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Sebastian Quilino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Mannuel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reyes No in the 69th minute of play. Juan Carlos Suciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Casado in the 72nd minute of the match. TalleresUnited were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Salud y República's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jesus Casado took the corner. Rosendo Goi made a great header on TalleresUnited's corner, it was just that Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu got control of the ball when Joel Jurgi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joel Jurgi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Suciu made a huge save. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Salud y República from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Joel Jurgi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Carlos Suciu was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The Salud y República fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. TalleresUnited were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
