Sofyane Valognes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Michalski in the 14th minute of play. Rathmore Lime Tree's Sofyane Valognes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Rathmore Lime Tree from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Piotr Kociniewski in the 24th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Sofyane Valognes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Radoslaw Michalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Pruss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Radoslaw Michalski took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Sofyane Valognes to make any attempt to save it. Sofyane Valognes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Michalski in the 35th minute. Sofyane Valognes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Piotr Kociniewski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 41st minute, Brandon Pardon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Rothenburg SSA's Piotr Kociniewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sofyane Valognes. That made the score 4-0 after 42 minutes of play. Igor Dembowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavian Garcon to strike the kick off in the second half. Artur Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavian Garcon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sofyane Valognes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Michalski in the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Rothenburg SSA's Zachariasz Ratulowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sofyane Valognes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Rothenburg SSA made a substitution. Rafal Imbor replaced Piotr Kociniewski. Rothenburg SSA's Szczepan Zielinski was substituted for Zachariasz Ratulowski. Rothenburg SSA's Antoni Grondzki was substituted for Tomasz Jajecznica. In the 67th minute, Kajetan Pruss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Rathmore Lime Tree booed when Rothenburg SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Poteralski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benoît Lamarre might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artur Borubar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benoît Lamarre ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd minute Zbyszek Werra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofyane Valognes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Hervé Annette got a free kick in the 74th minute. Kajetan Pruss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sofyane Valognes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kajetan Pruss went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Johan Dufrenne hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Flavian Garcon hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When Paul-Émile Brien fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rathmore Lime Tree's protests and gave Paul-Émile Brien a yellow card for diving instead. Lucjan Golaszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rothenburg SSA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
