Samuel Zanetti was slow to take the kick. During this time EL CORTO FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on EL CORTO FC's corner Feliberto Sustrai fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perico Raya quite easily take care of the ball. In the 26th minute of the game Everardo Truylos made a throw-in which Stanislaw Krzynowek played forward. Feliberto Sustrais short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Perico Raya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicolas Perrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Turi in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, CD Boiro's John Palomar got a free kick in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliberto Sustrai got free with Perico Raya in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, EL CORTO FC's goal looked a bit too open when John Palomar came free, but Nicolas Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, CD Boiro's goalkeeper Perico Raya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Elivareo. Feliberto Sustrai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Perico Raya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

A nice corner shot did that Ion Fernandez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicolas Perrando quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. EL CORTO FC's Nicolas Perrando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save EL CORTO FC from getting a goal against them. Feliberto Sustrai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perico Raya having to interfere. Samuel Zanetti's late challenge caught a CD Boiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Zanetti helped the player get up and apologised. CD Boiro made a substitution. Elixio Lacorte replaced Eustaquio Turi. After 74 played minutes EL CORTO FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Zanetti. EL CORTO FC's Nicolas Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elixio Lacorte in the 75th minute of play. Perico Raya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Kauldi in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, EL CORTO FC's Ismael Kauldi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Perico Raya narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
