After a rather tough play, Dikili Sahil Spor's Özgür Pekin got a free kick in the 7th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oktay Derelioğlu in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paz Ungo saved Deportivo Ortegano from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oktay Derelioğlu in the 11th minute of play forced Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Paz Ungo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Deportivo Ortegano's Jan Koller dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 16thth minute of the game Jan Koller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dikili Sahil Spor's Sabri Dino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Koller in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sabri Dino saved Dikili Sahil Spor from getting behind. Jan Koller's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sabri Dino firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Dikili Sahil Spor's zone, Jan Koller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Dino came out of the goal and Jan Koller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dikili Sahil Spor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomasz Bambas was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo Ortegano's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Deportivo Ortegano's Tomasz Bambas to fire away a dangerous shot which Sabri Dino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Primo Buiza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Ortegano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dikili Sahil Spor the free kick. In the 36th match minute, Deportivo Ortegano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primo Buiza to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Dikili Sahil Spor's zone, Jan Koller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Dino came out of the goal and Jan Koller tried to chip the ball over his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Sabri Dino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Koller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Oktay Derelioğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Paz Ungo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Zeki Önatlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabri Dino having to interfere. Sabri Dino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Koller, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Koller in the 69th minute of play forced Dikili Sahil Spor's goalkeeper Sabri Dino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 played minutes Dikili Sahil Spor got a freekick which was hit by Göktuğ Okatay. Deportivo Ortegano made a substitution. Nicasio Guipuzcoa replaced Dario Draxler. After 75 minutes, Orland Uceda made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Dikili Sahil Spor's Sabri Dino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute, Severino Abeyta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Şenol Fidan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Orlandus Torrascasana's late challenge caught a Dikili Sahil Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlandus Torrascasana helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Deportivo Ortegano got a freekick which was hit by Orlandus Torrascasana. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Froilan Vincente with Primo Buiza as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 96 minutes Deportivo Ortegano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Göktuğ Okatay who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Deportivo Ortegano's goalie and right to Oktay Derelioğlu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Deportivo Ortegano's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dikili Sahil Spor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Ortegano.
