After some careless play in the POLONIA BYTOM defense, Wessel Bos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ryszard Lerych. The POLONIA BYTOM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Lerych should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wessel Bos in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ryszard Lerych prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wessel Bos struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Ryszard Lerych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KN ZGORZELEC. In the 24th minute, Wessel Bos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ryszard Lerych was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Ryszard Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wessel Bos in the 29th minute of the match. Mariusz Kaleta was slow to take the kick. During this time KN ZGORZELEC's players had a chance to rest. KN ZGORZELEC's Mariusz Kaleta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ryszard Lerych in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The POLONIA BYTOM players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KN ZGORZELEC were winning 0-8.

KN ZGORZELEC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariusz Kaleta in the 53rd minute. The corner led KN ZGORZELEC's Mariusz Kaleta to fire away a dangerous shot which Ryszard Lerych despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 58th minute KN ZGORZELEC were awarded a corner. Mariusz Kaleta went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 68th play minute Wessel Bos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ryszard Lerych. 0-9. Wessel Bos ran back to his position shaking his head. Ryszard Lerych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wessel Bos in the 86th minute of the match. Ryszard Lerych was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wessel Bos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 88 minute of play.
