Wilbur Hyde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Nesto in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute Firmat Foot Ball Club were awarded a corner. Necaettin İlseven went to the cornerflag to take it. Necaettin İlseven made a great header on Firmat Foot Ball Club's corner, it was just that El Canalla de Chicago's Wilbur Hyde managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulino Nesto in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilbur Hyde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Tomas Ramond in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by El Canalla de Chicago's Wilfred Noel. 19 minutes into the match, Firmat Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Vilar came free, but Marciano Sesuldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuncho Agüero scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilbur Hyde, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kuncho Agüero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilbur Hyde having to interfere. The throw-in from Tomas Ramond in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by El Canalla de Chicago's Wilfred Noel. El Canalla de Chicago's attentive Wilfred Noel managed to snatch the ball when Tomas Ramond made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Kuncho Agüero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Wilbur Hyde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilbur Hyde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Nesto's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Domingo Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Sesuldo having to interfere. Domingo Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marciano Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Joaquim Vilar made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Paulino Nesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilbur Hyde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Lopez's late challenge caught a Firmat Foot Ball Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Lopez helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Lopez. Marciano Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Vilar in the 57th minute of the match. After some careless play in the El Canalla de Chicago defense, Paulino Nesto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilbur Hyde. The El Canalla de Chicago fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilbur Hyde should have stopped the shot. El Canalla de Chicago's Justin Raines was substituted for Hugo Hubbard. 66 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's goal looked a bit too open when Kuncho Agüero came free, but Wilbur Hyde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haroldo Maju struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Wilbur Hyde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Firmat Foot Ball Club. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Firmat Foot Ball Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
