An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 9th minute of play forced Russówek's goalkeeper Daniel Kieca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Palmer Akers threw the ball into play from the sideline. Russówek's Kajetan Nalaskowski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 14 minutes Russówek's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marco Veremundo who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Kieca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 16th minute of play. Abdulkadir Eraslan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregorio Montez's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute Kenneth Knutsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Kieca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Tomporowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdulkadir Eraslan having to make a save. With a little luck, Miau Stars's Abdulkadir Eraslan got control of the ball when Gregorio Montez tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gregorio Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Russówek fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Russówek's Gregorio Montez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Miau Stars's zone, Salvador Quezada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdulkadir Eraslan came out of the goal and Salvador Quezada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Montez came free, but Abdulkadir Eraslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Russówek's Marek Pliszka managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlos Eduardo Diniz in the 44 minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gregorio Montez made the kick off in the second half. Miau Stars's Carlos Eduardo Diniz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marek Pliszka, made in the 58th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronaldo Fenomeno got free with Daniel Kieca in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abdulkadir Eraslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Montez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Russówek's Jakub Gdowski was substituted for Gregorio Montez. Miau Stars's Arlindo Queiroz was substituted for Palmer Akers. Russówek made a substitution. Zbigniew Zabrzeski replaced Gustaw Tomporowski. Russówek's Ryszard Skonieczny was substituted for Salvador Quezada. When Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
