The audience thought a goal was coming when Dolf Schoonderwoerd got free with Perrando Martínez Lamas in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 minutes of play, The Underdogs's Piearres Olalla made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perrando Martínez Lamas was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Dolf Schoonderwoerd managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Underdogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Dolf Schoonderwoerd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perrando Martínez Lamas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the game, The Underdogs's Piearres Olalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Perrando Martínez Lamas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Dolf Schoonderwoerd put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Perrando Martínez Lamas. Perrando Martínez Lamas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dolf Schoonderwoerd in the 45th minute. When The Underdogs's Piearres Olalla in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mei Zhi Jian to make the kick off. Bon Jović lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 54 played minutes LiBeRiA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bon Jović. Perrando Martínez Lamas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Hațegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Iustin Hațegan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perrando Martínez Lamas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Iustin Hațegan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Perrando Martínez Lamas was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Perrando Martínez Lamas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piearres Olalla in the 59th minute of play. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Dolf Schoonderwoerd sped through LiBeRiA F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Perrando Martínez Lamas. After some careless play in the LiBeRiA F.C. defense, Dolf Schoonderwoerd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Perrando Martínez Lamas. The LiBeRiA F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Perrando Martínez Lamas should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Robin Boelens got a free kick in the 77th minute. Dolf Schoonderwoerd's late challenge caught a LiBeRiA F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dolf Schoonderwoerd helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes The Underdogs got a freekick which was hit by Dolf Schoonderwoerd. Perrando Martínez Lamas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dolf Schoonderwoerd went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 85thth minute of the game Dolf Schoonderwoerd who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LiBeRiA F.C.'s Perrando Martínez Lamas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Perrando Martínez Lamas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piearres Olalla in the 92nd minute of play. Dolf Schoonderwoerd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perrando Martínez Lamas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piearres Olalla in the 96th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Clemente Montes got a free kick in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that The Underdogs were the better team. The Underdogs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
