Beat Leutwyler yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Lizbeth in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jean-Louis Van Bever prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jean-Louis Van Bever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Goi, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's Jochen Van den Panhuizen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beat Leutwyler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, B68 Toftir's Arkādijs Žurka got a free kick in the 91st minute. Karl-Heinz Kaltz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched KFC Cromvelde eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
