An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdulla Baia in the 8th minute of play forced Jukatriz's goalkeeper Oséas Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oséas Albuquerque was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cássio de Alcântara got free in front of the goal in the 25th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Rene Vereijt was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 26th minute Dani Rojas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sergen Şahbender fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ouagadougou National's protests and gave Sergen Şahbender a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Dani Rojas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ouagadougou National fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulla Baia in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match FC Ouagadougou National got a corner. Jukatriz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After taking down the ball on FC Ouagadougou National's corner Dani Rojas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oséas Albuquerque quite easily take care of the ball. In the 37th match minute, Jukatriz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Oséas Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulla Baia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half FC Ouagadougou National were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdulla Baia was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Cássio de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Vereijt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Cerezuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Vereijt having to interfere. In the 64thth minute of the game Abdulla Baia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience held their breath when Augusto Alcântara in the 67th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Rene Vereijt's left hand side. If Dani Rojas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Santi in the 76th minute of play. FC Ouagadougou National's Rene Vereijt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Cerezuela in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio de Alcântara in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Vereijt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio de Alcântara in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Vereijt saved FC Ouagadougou National from getting behind. Jukatriz's Oséas Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Santi in the 83rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Ouagadougou National eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
