The audience thought a goal was coming when 孟振邦 got free with Andreas Andersson in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miltos Kotsovolos took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Andersson. Andreas Andersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Zhen Jian in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Gong Qi Fan notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu. Pavel Romanescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 27 minutes, Xiao Zhen Jian made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ernst Spets fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Pegasas Siauliai's protests and gave Ernst Spets a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ernst Spets hit a great ball. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. Vilgot Bålström replaced Ragnar Linquist. In the 36th minute of the game Pedrão Santos made a throw-in which Miromir Bilicki played forward. In the 39th minute of the game Pedrão Santos made a throw-in which Juras Tolvaiša played forward. Pavel Romanescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Qi Fan's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Pavel Romanescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Zhen Jian in the 47th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, FC Pegasas Siauliai's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Qi Fan came free, but Pavel Romanescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gong Qi Fan to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Gong Qi Fan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pavel Romanescu was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 56th minute, 孟振邦 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Pegasas Siauliai fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Pavel Romanescu was a little too slow when Gong Qi Fan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 3-3. 62 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavel Romanescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gong Qi Fan might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pavel Romanescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gong Qi Fan ran back to his position shaking his head. Pavel Romanescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Börna Bulldogs defense, Miltos Kotsovolos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Andersson. The Börna Bulldogs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Andersson should have stopped the shot. Börna Bulldogs's Rob Lute was substituted for Vilgot Bålström. 80 minutes into the match, FC Pegasas Siauliai's goalkeeper Pavel Romanescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Svahn. Gong Qi Fan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pavel Romanescu having to make a save. With a little luck, FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu got control of the ball when Matias Svahn tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Pawel Grabowicz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Pegasas Siauliai's Pavel Romanescu did a great save. A collision led to FC Pegasas Siauliai getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Pedrão Santos hit a great ball. If Matias Svahn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Pegasas Siauliai fans cheered their team off the field, for while Börna Bulldogs had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
