Tiberiu Caramarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilian Martinez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of MIT booed when Kaplan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baptiste Després didn't get a good kick on the ball. MIT made a substitution. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ren Zhi Ke in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 89th minute of play forced Kaplan's goalkeeper Emilian Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiberiu Caramarin struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Emilian Martinez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MIT. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiberiu Caramarin in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilian Martinez saved Kaplan from getting behind. MIT's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
