The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Goral Zywiec's Gao Wei Fei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eskil Vester narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Goral Zywiec's Gao Wei Fei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eskil Vester. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Emilio Cascajares sped through Goral Zywiec's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michael Krawczyk. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper Michael Krawczyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, October 04's Eskil Vester got control of the ball when Gao Wei Fei tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Eskil Vester managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Goral Zywiec's Gao Wei Fei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 43rd minute, Gao Wei Fei reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eskil Vester. The goal made the score 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Gao Wei Fei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Gao Wei Fei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. October 04's Claudinei Custódio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Michael Krawczyk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. October 04's Waldemar de Sena was substituted for Harvey Elliott. Goral Zywiec made a substitution. Fariz Nair replaced Gao Wei Fei. A sloppy throw-in by Pran Labitte in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Goral Zywiec's Gilbert Glogowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fariz Nair in the 68th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Krawczyk made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Fellipe Valle sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Fariz Nair ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eskil Vester was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Goral Zywiec made a substitution. Zula Nowacki replaced Zygmunt Budrewicz. The supporters of October 04 booed when Goral Zywiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Lewicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind October 04's goalkeeper Eskil Vester, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eskil Vester came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Goral Zywiec's Fariz Nair. But to his dismay, Fariz Nair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Michael Krawczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Cascajares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Stavros Bantis put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of October 04:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Goral Zywiec:s goal. The referee gave Goral Zywiec a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alfred Ewertowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of October 04's Eskil Vester. 6-1. Eskil Vester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fariz Nair in the 96th minute of play. Alfred Ewertowski made a great header on Goral Zywiec's corner, it was just that October 04's Eskil Vester managed to reach the ball for a save. After 99 played minutes Goral Zywiec got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Lewicki. Goral Zywiec were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of October 04 for a fine match.
