Paolo Caradaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ruben Wilza made a huge save. A collision led to Liverpool Fans getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Edmundo Terra hit a great ball. Edmundo Terra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velichko Rakadzhiev in the 16th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Liverpool Fans's Ruben Wilza got control of the ball when Şevket Çağa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Velichko Rakadzhiev's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Velichko Rakadzhiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Velichko Rakadzhiev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pankracy Glogowski was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28th minute Legimin Sagala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velichko Rakadzhiev in the 35th minute of play. Liverpool Fans's Velichko Rakadzhiev managed to work through Club Atlético Atlanta's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Velichko Rakadzhiev dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Marcos Berdoi came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Berdoi couldn't finish the play. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With an all-out effort, Liverpool Fans's Pankracy Glogowski threw himself towards the right post 50 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sylwester Zjawin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Liverpool Fans's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Legimin Sagala in the 51st minute. Liverpool Fans's Legimin Sagala was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pankracy Glogowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ruben Wilza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Velichko Rakadzhiev struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Pankracy Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool Fans. The audience thought a goal was coming when Velichko Rakadzhiev got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pankracy Glogowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sylwester Zjawin in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Rosendo Cutberto got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Edmundo Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Pankracy Glogowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylwester Zjawin in the 74th minute of play. Fabio Artaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Legimin Sagala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Liverpool Fans's Edmundo Terra got a free kick in the 86th minute. Velichko Rakadzhiev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Pankracy Glogowski made a huge save. In the 93rd play minute Edmundo Terra came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pankracy Glogowski. 0-1. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Liverpool Fans had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
