The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goal looked a bit too open when Raphael Cunha came free, but Cirilo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cirilo Demario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aníbal Alagoano's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. When Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. David Seaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Osoitz in the 19th minute of play. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Cirilo Demario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Chuscha FC - Ψ - from getting a goal against them. David Seaman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Gamus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Seaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Jurdan in the 24th minute of play. Efrain Berriotxoa kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Ulises Gamus made a precise shot to the right of David Seaman. Jenipapo SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Raphael Cunha scored to the left of an out of position Cirilo Demario, making the score, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Alagoano in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Demario saved Chuscha FC - Ψ - from getting behind. In the 41st minute Danilo Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Alagoano in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Demario saved Chuscha FC - Ψ - from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aníbal Alagoano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cirilo Demario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Cunha in the 53rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Jenipapo SC's David Seaman got control of the ball when Ulises Gamus tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Seaman made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Teobaldo Osoitz sent off a good shot on target. Teobaldo Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Seaman having to interfere. David Seaman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Gamus in the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Chuscha FC - Ψ - getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Teobaldo Osoitz hit a great ball. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Abelardo Katia was substituted for Lisandro Jerrold. After 78 played minutes Chuscha FC - Ψ - got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Rocio. 86 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper David Seaman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Soter. Efrain Berriotxoa hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Cirilo Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Gipuzkoa in the 93rd minute of play. Jenipapo SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
