When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lisandro Iraunkor sped through Errecaborda AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edmond Verdun. Zbigniew Glapiak was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Emílio Terra capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emílio Terra really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Iraunkor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmond Verdun was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Mafia Koniaka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emílio Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 70th minute Mauro Rameriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Glapiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipo Inzaghi in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Verdun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th match minute, Mafia Koniaka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Chwalkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Errecaborda AFC's Isidro Gines was substituted for Emílio Terra. Miroslaw Chwalkiewicz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Errecaborda AFC's Joe Tate in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ziemowit Sidorowicz couldn't finish the play. Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipo Inzaghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Sidorowicz in the 90th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Filipo Inzaghi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Isidro Gines ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zbigniew Glapiak was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
