After some careless play in the Vascogoianiense FC defense, Ernesto Daniel Schele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Corrêa. The Vascogoianiense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Corrêa should have stopped the shot. In the 11th match minute, Vascogoianiense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses Perez to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Evandro Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Colle in the 16th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Bernardo Colle notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa. Ernesto Daniel Schele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Bernardo Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Jeziorkowski in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vascogoianiense FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yusuf Ziya Tulum was slow to take the kick. During this time PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Janusz Jeziorkowski got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-4. 39 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Evandro Gonçalves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guntademaro Macera. That made the score 1-4 in the 46 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Martin Viñe was substituted for Bernardo Colle. The wind increased when Martin Viñe made the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Brasil. Martin Viñe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardo Corrêa having to make a save. Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Vascogoianiense FC from getting a goal against them. After 68 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by Wesley Vinhas. In the 73rd minute of the match PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC got a corner. Vascogoianiense FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yusuf Ziya Tulum ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Ernesto Daniel Schele to a score. 1-5 in the 74th minute. A collision led to Vascogoianiense FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sílvio Luiz Brasil hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match, Martin Viñe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bernardo Corrêa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Viñe in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Corrêa saved Vascogoianiense FC from getting behind. In the 82ndth minute of the game Martin Viñe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vascogoianiense FC's Bernardo Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Vascogoianiense FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yusuf Ziya Tulum took the corner. Guntademaro Macera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When Martin Viñe came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Viñe couldn't finish the play. The Vascogoianiense FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
