In the 5th minute Gaudencio Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute Abel de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Lepucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gaudencio Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abelardo Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goalkeeper Abelardo Maranhense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Pinto. Abelardo Maranhense made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Fernando Pinto sent off a good shot on target. Abelardo Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel de Godoi in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Gaudencio Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Luís Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abelardo Maranhense made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Fernando Pinto sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Abel de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwan Lepucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olivedos's Abel de Godoi managed to work through LavAzzA's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Abel de Godoi dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Abelardo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 37th minute of play. Iwan Lepucki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cássio Ferraz's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel de Godoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Iwan Lepucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel de Godoi in the 53rd minute of the match. LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel de Godoi in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match, Cássio Ferraz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iwan Lepucki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Osvaldinho Veiga put in a rough tackle. The supporters of LavAzzA booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Amerigo Labarra came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the LavAzzA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerigo Labarra couldn't finish the play. Gaudencio Lekubegi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Maranhense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of LavAzzA booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Parraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. LavAzzA's Gauthier Spiller was substituted for Kuno Kubin. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gonzalo Parraga hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Amerigo Labarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. LavAzzA's supporters rose to their feet, but Amerigo Labarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Maranhense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cássio Ferraz came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Olivedos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Ferraz couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo Maranhense. Olivedos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Cássio Ferraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Lepucki having to interfere. The supporters of LavAzzA booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agostinho Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LavAzzA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Olivedos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
