In the 39th minute, Lisandro Martínez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Bruno Fonso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Cresconio. Jeronimo Cresconio had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Bruno Fonso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cândido Petri to make the kick off. Bruno Fonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jeronimo Cresconio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Cresconio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Cosca in the 57th minute of the match. Bruno Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jeronimo Cresconio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Fonso in the 58th minute of play. Bruno Fonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Cresconio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cândido Petri in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Fonso in the 74th minute of play forced MILAN COLOMBIANO's goalkeeper Jeronimo Cresconio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Fonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Cresconio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Fonso ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, MILAN COLOMBIANO's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Fonso came free, but Jeronimo Cresconio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Cosca, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Edgardo Cosca took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeronimo Cresconio. In the 88th minute Selahaddin Demirtaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Club Ibiza's Edgardo Cosca in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
